In line with market practice and regulatory requirements on hygiene, health and safety, we are unable to accept returns for cosmetic products which have been opened and/or used. However if the product is damaged or lost in transit, a replacement can be issued once proof and liaison has been established.

We are happy to offer refunds or exchanges for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Please note that customers have to pay for any return shipping costs.

Any refunds will exclude postage. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
